So Apple has finally given us a reason to be happy to do, they have given us the opportunity to get our FREE bumper!
The bumpers all seem to be shipping within 3-5 weeks and of course a lot of options as Jobs promised. So how do you get your free iPhone bumper, let’s see. In true iPhone fashion, it’s all done by an iPhone app.
- Download the iPhone 4 Case Program app from the App Store by visiting Apple Case Program.
- Launch the app on your iPhone 4 and sign in using your iTunes Store account or Apple ID.
- Select your case.
Did you already purchase a case? No worries! Return to the store with your receipt by September 30, 2010, to get your refund.
Apple has made it super easy. I wondered for a second why this wasn’t simply handled through a website, but someone brought to my attention it was all done probably for customer service. Instead of requesting information they can already get from your iPhone like your name, address, shipping address, etc. they can simply make an app to retrieve that info and get you to your case as quickly as possible. This is all funny to me, as again it’s Apple being consistent with their brand.
Kudos to Apple and I can’t wait for my free case. I picked the Speck Pixel HD, which case did you guys choose?
